Every year people say this is it I’m losing weight going to join a gym etc.. been there done that. Yesterday I down loaded my fitness pal for the 100th time. I know your thinking she’s one of those people I would like to say I’m not I am tired of being tired my clothes don’t fit my self esteem is so low I have no confidence to even get gas let alone groceries. What makes this time different I keep asking myself that same question?? I don’t honestly know I’m not on a strict diet just trying to make healthier choices and get moving. Actually did a YouTube workout today well two adding up to 30 minutes. Woo Hoo!! Go me let’s see if I can stick with it.
